OCEANIA music workshops for schools
This music workshop is a bumper collection of oceanic ingredients.
We travel from Australia, looking at the original people’s traditional music and instruments, to New Zealand, where we dance both the warful and peaceful hakas, though some of the many Polynesian islands with their connected cultures bringing us canoe songs and stomping dances. Then all the way up to Hawaii for Hula dance and our Hawaiian bands with traditional instruments… and lots more.
This workshop could tie in with World Ocean Day June 8th!
